Arianne Bautista is the owner-mentor and lead instructor of CarmelBarre. She was born and raised on the Monterey Peninsula. Ever-active and always searching for a new challenge, she has participated in a variety of sports from tennis to cheerleading, gymnastics and competitive snowboarding. While living in the San Francisco Bay Area, Arianne was introduced to Barre exercise. She was hooked after the first class! She studied and taught at the Bar Method under one of the pioneers in the field, until she moved back to the Monterey Peninsula and discovered that Barre was not available to the community. Arianne’s vision for Barre on the Monterey Peninsula has been so successful that in September 2016, she opened a second, much larger studio in the heart of Monterey. One of CarmelBarre’s strengths is the many loyal, dedicated clients. Arianne’s passion is all-encompassing and is exemplified by her teachers and felt by her clients. She has a heartfelt mission to help everyone become successful with their exercise goals regardless of their age, starting fitness condition or limitations. She truly cares and does so with enormous enthusiasm and warmth. Arianne is also extremely involved with the community and enjoys gathering other local small businesses into community-based efforts and events. Arianne graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Business. She holds multiple certifications in personal training, barre and other related exercise formats.
