Bella believes that living a healthy, positive and active life will bring internal happiness. Through CarmelBarre she gets to encourage this, having an upbeat, positive place for her students to grow stronger. Bella has always had a passion for fitness and health. She has a background in cheer and dance and weight training. She enjoys anything outdoors from paddle boarding to golf.
Bella encourages her students to push themselves out of their comfort zone, through hard work and attention to form — she loves seeing her students flourish and succeed.
