Megan teaches a power vinyasa style yoga class and offers a balanced practice that leaves you feeling both stretched and strengthened. In her flow class she emphasizes a constant meditation of breath linked to movement and encourages her students to have fun with her funky upbeat playlist. She believes yoga is for everyone and that reconnecting with the breath and body brings mental clarity and bliss.
Megan’s teaching experience began in January of 2013 after finishing her 200 hour yoga teacher certification from Yoga Alliance in Los Angeles. Since then she has taught vinyasa, hot yoga, hatha yoga, prenatal and restorative yoga in studios from LA to Monterey.
Megan is passionate about living a healthy and mindful lifestyle and eager to share her passion for yoga with CarmelBarre! When she’s not in the studio you can find her running around town with her new baby boy, Quinn and her mini labradoodle, Murphy.
