Login Assistance

Step 1. Click on the “My Account | Profile” link in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

Step 2. Click the “Need New Password?” link below the sign in box.

Step 3. Enter your email address and click submit.

NOTE: If you receive the message “There are multiple records in our system for that e-mail address. Please contact our studio so we can resolve this for you”, please Contact Us and we can remove the duplicate account that is preventing you from resetting your password.

Step 4. You will see a confirmation that an email with a link to set your password has been sent to your email. Please check that email address.

NOTE: If you do not see the password reset email within 10 minutes, please check your Spam or Junk folders. If you still do not see the password reset message, please Contact Us.

Step 5. Check your email and click on the “Create new Password” link.

Step 6. In the new window that opens, enter your new password.

NOTE: Your new password must be between 8-15 characters and contain both a letter and number.

Step 7. Return to CarmelBarre.com and login using your new email address and newly created password.
