About Our Videos

With your monthly subscription, you’ll get unlimited access to fitness videos, ranging anywhere from 5-60 minutes allowing you to customize and fit your workout into your busiest of days! Don’t want to commit? Rent a video as you need!

New classes are continuously added every week. Take whatever you want, whenever you want, however many times you want! With multiple fresh classes and a variety of instructors, you’ll never get bored! We’ll motivate and inspire you with something new each time!

Equipment Needed

Equipment isn’t always needed for class. Many of our classes use just the body weight, which is resistance enough. But some classes do require certain props. And remember, you can always make do with what you have at home (water bottles, a towel for stretch, books for a yoga block, etc.).

Some supplies used in classes may include:

  • A playground ball

  • An exercise loop band

  • Two sets of weights, one lighter than the other.

  • A yoga mat

  • Sweat towel (especially if you are taking HIIT)

  • Proper footwear - grip socks to keep from sliding on a wood floor, or tennis shoes to cushion your feet for high-impact exercises.

  • A sturdy object, such as a chair, desk, or countertop is always helpful for balance.

  • Ankle weights can be added to most classes to up the intensity.

All classes at The Park are modifiable for EVERYONE. We promise you a great workout regardless of your fitness level or physical limitations. All the moves can be easily modified for a restorative and strengthening workout that enhances all of your other activities. Whether you’re a new mom, training for a marathon or just trying to stay balanced, The Park will get you where you want to go and we are here to help, every step of the way!

What to Expect…

Don’t be intimidated. We are a judgment-free space. The Park is a place for learning, growth, laughter and healthy choices. This is your chance to be a little bit better, day by day - with all of us!

What is Barrre Anyway?

Barre class (our main forte) is for everyone regardless of your fitness level or experience. Barre enhances everything you do in life - whether you are chasing after kids, trail running, swimming, climbing a ladder…It is effective because the exercises challenges stabilizer and accessory muscles that don’t always get the attention they deserve. Small movements (think 1 inch) and light weights are all you’ll need to get a good workout and feel the burn (and trust us, you will always feel it, no matter the frequency of classes taken)!!

Classes begin with a quick warm up followed by sets of exercises that target all the major muscle groups, including arms, core, legs and seat!

Wear comfortable athletic attire, socks (grip socks are always suggested), and have your water filled and handy!

Modifications are available and encouraged if you need it. Be prepared to work up a sweat - shaking is normal, embrace it!
