Harmony True

Five years ago, Harmony relocated to the Monterey Peninsula from San Luis Obispo with family (her husband, Sean, and her two children, Mina and Flynn). Prior to moving, Harmony worked as a dance teacher at The Academy of Dance, SLO for 8 years. She was a principal dancer for The Civic Ballet Company in San Luis Obispo with the wonderful opportunity to dance in The Nutcracker with a live orchestra and contemporary Spring and Summer performances that were new and original. She has also performed with Deyo Dances and with the Opera Of San Luis Obispo.

Harmony has always enjoyed staying active and found her opportunity to combine her love for both fitness and dance at CarmelBarre/The Park. She enjoys teaching clients a fun, challenging, yet empowering class, while expertly weaving in dance elements. Harmony teaches Barre classes (with more emphasis on Ballet), Cardio Dance and Ballet Barre Conditioning (among other formats). Harmony always bring energy and a positive attitude, that will leave you feeling amazing after any class that you take. In addition to teaching at CarmelBarre/The Park, Harmony works as a ballet/pointe instructor at The Dance Center.
