We are a locally grown, locally operated business. Woman founded and proud! We work hard to create an all-inclusive, stress-free, REAL and supportive environment for our CarmelBarre/The Park family community. We are constantly evolving and changing to fit the times - life is happening all around us - and we adapt, change grow and become stronger because of it.

We have created a gathering space for - new fitness goers, seasoned athletes, moms, dads, grandmas, daughters - EVERYONE. Our goal is to provide a space for those who seek out a group of “regular” people who are doing the best with what they’ve got. We have strong days, days we want to cry and laugh and scream (maybe all at once). Everything goes at CarmelBarre/The Park.
