Kali Swick

Kali’s path towards becoming a CarmelBarre instructor is not your typical tale. Kali has worked as a sales account executive in the advertising field for 10+ years. After moving from San Diego, she searched for a community to work out with. During her search she discovered CarmelBarre. After years of taking classes and a pandemic (and being totally obsessed with Barre), Kali wanted dive even deeper and began training with Arianne, the Founder of CarmelBarre.

Born and raised in Salinas with a farming family, Kali grew up riding and showing horses. This was her passion, and still is today ( just ask her to show you her photos of her yoga poses on the back of a horse). Kali went off to college in Long Beach State where she studied communications, marketing and fashion. After being in Southern California for 15 years, Kali decided to come home to be with family and friends. She still feels this is the most gorgeous place to be!

When she is not at the studio, Kali is normally with one of her animals ( a dog or horse), hiking with friends, drinking some of the best local wine our valley has to offer, traveling to anywhere that has a beach, enjoying any kind of live music, or at home indulging in some really really bad reality TV!
