Greg Enyart

Greg Enyart received his yoga certification from the center for yoga, Larchmont in Los Angeles more than 30 years ago! (So long ago it is believed to have been carved into a stone tablet…)

Greg teaches a slow style breath-driven class that focuses on the psychological aspects of yoga, seeking to add fun and irreverence to an otherwise serious pursuit.

Greg enjoys motorcycle racing, stand up comedy, low inflammatory foods and time spent with his 13 year old Border Collie, Layla.

You can find Greg on the schedule Sundays at 9:00 AM for a 50-minute, Gentle Yoga class - all levels welcome!
